擺動式液壓缸
擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)液(ye)壓缸(gang)是輸出(chu)扭矩并實現(xian)往復運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的執行(xing)元件,有單葉片、雙(shuang)葉片、螺(luo)旋(xuan)擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)等幾種形(xing)式(shi)。葉片式(shi)式(shi):定子(zi)塊固定在(zai)(zai)缸(gang)體(ti)上,而葉片和轉子(zi)連接在(zai)(zai)一起(qi)。根(gen)據進(jin)油方向,葉片將帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)轉子(zi)作往復擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。螺(luo)旋(xuan)擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)又分單螺(luo)旋(xuan)擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)和雙(shuang)螺(luo)旋(xuan)兩種,現(xian)在(zai)(zai)雙(shuang)螺(luo)旋(xuan)比較常(chang)用,靠兩個(ge)螺(luo)旋(xuan)副降液(ye)壓缸(gang)內活塞的直線運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)轉變為直線運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)與自轉運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的復he運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong),從而實現(xian)擺(bai)(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。





(3)液壓(ya)(ya)系(xi)統控(kong)制壓(ya)(ya)力(li)太(tai)低。控(kong)制管路(lu)中(zhong)節(jie)流阻力(li)可能過大,流量(liang)閥調節(jie)不當,控(kong)制壓(ya)(ya)力(li)不合(he)適,壓(ya)(ya)力(li)源(yuan)受到(dao)干擾。此時應(ying)檢查控(kong)制壓(ya)(ya)力(li)源(yuan),保證(zheng)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)調節(jie)到(dao)系(xi)統的(de)規定(ding)值。
(4)液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)系統(tong)中進入(ru)空氣。主要(yao)是(shi)因為系統(tong)中有泄(xie)漏發(fa)生。此時(shi)應檢查液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)油箱的(de)液位,液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)泵吸油側(ce)的(de)密(mi)封(feng)件和(he)管接頭,吸油粗濾器是(shi)否(fou)太(tai)臟。若(ruo)如此,應補(bu)充(chong)液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)油,處理密(mi)封(feng)及(ji)管接頭,清洗(xi)或更換粗濾芯。
4.液壓缸(gang)(gang)缸(gang)(gang)體內孔表面劃(hua)傷的不良后果及快速修復方(fang)法:① 劃(hua)傷溝槽擠出的材料屑(xie)沫會(hui)嵌入密封件,運(yun)行時在損壞(huai)密封件工作部位的同時,可(ke)能造成新的劃(hua)傷區(qu)域(yu)痕路。
② 惡化缸(gang)筒內壁的表(biao)面粗糙度(du),增(zeng)大摩擦力(li),易產生爬(pa)行現象。
③ 加重液壓缸(gang)(gang)的(de)(de)內泄漏,使液壓缸(gang)(gang)工作(zuo)效率降低。引起缸(gang)(gang)體(ti)內孔表(biao)面(mian)劃傷的(de)(de)主要原因如下。
